Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Dungeon Pulse™ (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Dungeon Pulse is an AI-powered Dungeon Master for tabletop role-playing games. The Service uses artificial intelligence models to generate game narratives, character interactions, campaign content, images, and voice responses. All game content is generated by AI and should be understood as such.

3. AI-Generated Content

Content produced by the Service—including narratives, character dialogue, campaign material, images, and audio responses—is generated by artificial intelligence models. This content:

• May contain inaccuracies, inconsistencies, or unexpected outputs
• Should not be relied upon as factual or authoritative
• May vary between sessions and is not guaranteed to be reproducible
• Is provided “as is” without warranty of quality or fitness

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. Users under 18 should have parental consent.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content
• Attempt to extract or reverse-engineer the underlying AI models
• Misrepresent AI-generated content as human-created
• Share account credentials or circumvent usage limits
• Use the Service in ways that violate third-party rights

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you input (character backstories, campaign prompts, session notes). AI-generated outputs are provided for your personal and commercial use within the context of tabletop gaming, subject to applicable AI provider terms. Note that AI-generated content may have limited copyright protection under current law.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party AI providers (Google Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic Claude) and cloud infrastructure. We are not responsible for outages, changes, or limitations imposed by these providers.

8. Subscription and Billing

Paid features are billed according to the pricing plan selected. Usage limits (session hours, image generation) are enforced per billing cycle. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data or interruption of gameplay.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through account settings or by contacting us.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
